Thank you for shopping with TrulyEvolved. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best products and services. Please review our updated refund and cancellation policy below:


Digital Products

All digital products sold through TrulyEvolved are final sale. This includes downloadable templates, ebooks, planners, and any other digital content.

  • No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.
  • Access Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital product, please contact us at support@trulyevolvedofficial.com so we can assist you promptly.

Apparel

We partner with Printify for apparel products, and all items are carefully inspected before shipping.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 20 days of delivery. Include a clear photo showing the issue. Printify will provide a free reprint or a refund. There is no need to return the damaged product.
  • Order Changes or Cancellations: If your order has not yet been sent to production, you may cancel or make changes. This includes:
    • Adding or removing products
    • Updating shipping details
    • Changing the shipping method

Scheduled Services

All TrulyEvolved services, including coaching sessions and consultations, follow the policies below:

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available once a service has begun.
  • Refunds may be issued prior to the start of a service according to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation, Late, and No-Show Policy – Services

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee
  • Cancel 48 hours before your appointment: $10 cancellation fee
  • Cancel 24 hours before your appointment: $20 cancellation fee
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment: $30 cancellation fee
  • No-show or arriving 11+ minutes late: $40 cancellation fee (a 10-minute grace period applies)

Important Note: All fees will be deducted from the prepayment amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation, Late, and No-Show Policy – Consultations

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee
  • Cancel 48 hours before your appointment: $3 cancellation fee
  • Cancel 24 hours before your appointment: $5 cancellation fee
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment: $7 cancellation fee
  • No-show or arriving 6+ minutes late: $10 cancellation fee (a 5-minute grace period applies)

Important Note: You’ll receive an invoice for your cancellation fee, and payment will be due immediately.


TikTok Services

For all TikTok services, work begins as soon as your intake form is received and reviewed. Because service preparation starts at that point, no refunds are available after your intake form has been submitted.

If you change your mind before submitting your intake form, you may request a full refund within 5 days of your purchase by emailing support@trulyevolvedofficial.com.

If TrulyEvolved is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund may be offered at our discretion.
